on the 7 of October grade 5/6 went to camp cave hill creek once we went on the bus it took 2 hours to get to camp cave hill. we stoped for play lunch at ballarat we only stoped for 20 minutes. then we had 1 hour to get to camp cave hill. i sleped on the bus Finlay we were at camp cave hill. we all went to our cabins and then we strait of to the activities for the day then we went to the showers and then we had dinner i had 2 fish and a hand full of chips then we had supper we had Milo and sum biscuits then we all went to bed my group stayed up all night eating but we sleped for 5 hours and then a teacher came in and the we woke up then we had breakfast i had rice bubbles with milk then we strait away got into our clothes and started the activities for the day the we went to have dinner it was good then the next day we left i wish i never left.

On the 7th of October, the grade 5s and 6s were of to Cave Hill Creek. I was so excited and couldn't wait to arrive. When we got there we got told what to do, and we all went to our cabins and set up. We all put our clothes on and got into our groups. We all set off to our first activity, my groups first activity was canoeing. It was heaps of fun because Shane and i were t-boning everyone:) I got soaked. At night we had fish 'n' chips it was good. After that i played some ping pong, then i had a shower, went to my cabin and then we talked all night. ;)The next day we went through our activities, played some ping pong then we had sausages for lunch. yumm. At night we got ready for the concert and we watched all of the funny acts, and then after that we had an awesome disco with heaps of songs. After that we went to bed and stayed up and ate lollies. The next day we all packed up our bags and put our bags outside under the verandah. We all got into our groups and went to our last activity, hut building. Our groups hut collapsed so then we had to make a new one quickly.After we went back to the rec room and had lunch for the last time. We then got onto the bus and that was the end of our camp!

On 7th of October I took a long bus trip to CAVEHILL CREEK!! All of 5/6 was excited to go and have fun. When we got there we chose our cabins .The people that were in my cabin were James, Adam, Stefan, Jimmy and Sam .When we heard the bell I was so excited to do my first activity .Then they put us in are groups I was in the Kookaburras are first activity was canoeing, Matthew and I were on the same canoe, when Matthew and me were paddling along the river we decided to wet some of the girls. Then our activity was finished with Jess S and Riana L wet. Then dinner came we all had salad with fish and chips , it was alright but the chips were a bit frozen but the salad was perfect .After dinner everyone had to go back to are cabins to go to bed but my cabin didn’t sleep we played murder in the dark. It was so much fun when Adam was it we ate lollies because it took too long for him to get us. Then we finally went to sleep for the next day to come.

I JUST CANT GET IT OUT OF MY HEAD IT WAS SO AMAZING CAMP. WE HAD THE BEST TIME EVER, MY FAVOURITE ACTIVITY WAS CONOEING BECAUSE I WAS WITH PETER AND WE SPLASHED JESSICA AND RIANA WITH WATER THEY WERE SO DRENCHED. THE FAVOURITE ABOUT CAMP WAS OUR CABIN WE HAD THE ON SWEET, AT NIGHT WE PLAYED GAMES AND ATE LOLLIES.

WHEN WE ARRIVED ALL OF OUR BODIES WERE SO WEAK WE COULD HARDLY WALK. WE WERE TOLD TO GO TO THE WRECK ROOM THAT IS THE MAIN BUILDING IS, WE WERE TOLD OUR CABINS AND I WAS WITH:

WE HAD THE BEST TIME EVER. WE DID SO MANY ACTIVITIES. I RATE CAMP CAVEHILL 8 OUT OF 10.

Awesome three days. I liked this camp because we got the unsuited. We all had fun. My favourite activity was the canoeing I was with Ben. Ben and I were splashing all the girls. I also liked at night time because we got out two foam footys, and we started throwing them at everyone. Ben threw the ball really hard at me and then I got the ball and threw it at him. But I missed him and hit Aidan on the back Matthew got Luke on the leg we also had teams. On my team were Leon, Luke, Matt.d and Lucas. On the other team were Ben, Aidan, Matt.c and Shane.

I gave this camp 8 out of 10 because of the bunks and the unsuit. But the food was better than Rumbug

The classroom is buzzing. Everyone has been waiting for this day to come, and now it’s finally here. Mothers are waiting outside to wave their children goodbye, and to tell them to put their clothes in the right bags and to wear clean undies each day, just some motherly advice. We walk out of the classroom to our parents. We pick up our bags, and walk to the bus. The mothers gave their motherly advice, then it was time. Everyone loaded their bags onto the bus and then we drove off.....
Camp is now over and all the excitement is gone. I really miss camp, I had soooooo much fun. My fav activity was the Photography Trail. It made me look at objects in a different perspective. Our cabin was awesome. I want to give a shout out to:

Day 1:
Today was the first day of Cave Hill Creek 09. My first ever camp! It was fun. On the bus it was boring. 3 hours of just sitting on the bus, waiting to get there. Finally, we got there. Our first activity was low ropes. Our group was the drop bears. Me, Natalie, Emily H, Mikaela, Carlos, James, Angelo, Leon, Shane, and Joseph. I fell down in the mud! It stunk really bad. For dinner we had Fish, chips and salad. It was disgusting. That night we didn't sleep. We stayed up until about 5am and kept talking. We couldn't sleep.

Day 2:
This morning when i woke up i was so tired. Just goes to show, that i should've tried to go to sleep. For breakfast we had cereal. For lunch, we ate burgers. They were good. For dinner we had lasagne. I didn't like it! I was also on kitchen duty. Lucky me! I had to scrape food off plates into a bucket of food. I slept like a baby that night, because i was so tired from the night before.

Day 3:
Today was our last day at cave hill creek. I am going to miss cave hill creek! I felt like sleeping in that morning. Haha. Cereal AGAIN for breakfast. Lucky to be going to my home... can't wait to eat my mums food! And a good old bowl of pasta bolognese. We did a couple of activities that day, and i fell asleep on the bus on the way back.
